Using the store

An order is an offer to purchase and may be accepted, declined, or cancelled if inventory, payment, fraud screening, pricing, or legal requirements prevent fulfillment. If we cancel a paid order, we return the affected payment.

Payments, shipping, and returns

Prices and checkout amounts are shown in USD. Payment is governed by the Payment Policy. Delivery is governed by the Shipping Policy, and cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

Intellectual property and third parties

Store text, graphics, layout, and other protected material may not be copied or exploited without permission except as allowed by law. Links or services supplied by third parties are governed by their own terms, and their availability is not guaranteed by us.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the store is provided on an as-available basis and implied warranties are limited as permitted. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including remedies for defective or misdescribed goods.

Changes and severability

We may update these terms prospectively by publishing a revised version. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
